USF Psychologist Accepts Grant from Happy Hound CEO

TAMPA, Fla. – Happy Hound has recently given a psychologist from USF a grant of $500,000 to begin a series of support groups to help those afraid of dogs.

Happy Hound seeks to position the company as one that promotes responsible pet ownership for the mutual benefits of people and animals. The company wants the public to know that they are more than just an organization that sells dog food.

“At Happy Hound, we believe it’s important for people to establish positive relationships with dogs,” Marshall said. “Dogs are supposed to be our best friends. We think all two-legged creatures should be able to enjoy all that our four-legged friends have to offer.”

Emanuel Rogers is a psychologist at the University of South Florida and specializes in human-animal interaction. He has written a best-selling book called “Paws for a Moment” and worked at USF for 10 years.

If you would like more information about the grant or Happy Hound's community involvement, please call me at (813) 555-5555 or email me at media@fakehappyhound.com.

Woman Finds $300,000 On The Sidewalk

TAMPA, FL-  After lunch with her grandmother, Laura Lynn Hardy, 19, was riding her bike home last Thursday when she saw an envelope on the sidewalk. Hardy took the envelope homer with her and found $300,000 in cash and checks made out to Fenster Ford.

Hardy called the Citrus Park Federal Savings bank and rode her bike there to return the envelope where Fred Fenster and the president of the bank were waiting for her

“I knew I had to do the right thing,” Hardy said. “I thought about my grandmother I had just seen. She would have been very upset with me if I had kept the money.”

“She’s a great girl, the kind we in Tampa are proud of,” Fenster said. “I would like to offer her a $2,000 discount on a car to show my appreciation.”
